Late Policy

Patch Test Policy

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a £10 fee and the appointment will be cancelled. We always endeavour to accommodate you, however, late arrivals less than 15 minutes may result in treatment times being cut down and charged at the original cost.

We only use top-quality, professional beauty products, however, regular patch testing is still essential to ensure that you will not suffer an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients. Patch testing is a quick and simple procedure that involves applying a small amount of the product behind your ear or on your wrist.   You will need to wait 48 hours after having your patch test before having your treatment, this is to check for any signs of an allergic reaction which can include redness, itching, irritation or swelling. Please note, even though you have had a patch test it doesn’t always guarantee a reaction this is due to only a small amount of product being applied in comparison to more products and a greater exposure being used within the treatment.

Complaints / RefundPolicy

If you notice something is not quite right during your appointment tell your therapist straight away or if any part of your service has not lived up to your expectations, we urge you to contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, or at the latest within 5 days. As much as we will always aim to provide the best service and quality of work, we also understand that we may not always get it just right. If in the very unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service we will re-do the treatment free of charge so you are completely satisfied with your treatment. Please note, due to time and products having already been used during the original appointment we do not offer cash refunds. If this is not practical we will offer a voucher for the same price to use for another beauty treatment within the salon.

Right to Refuse Policy

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or any health/medical conditions contra-indicated for treatment will be refused and/or offered a suitable alternative where possible. Those under 16 without parental/guardian consent will be refused treatment. We are not insured to treat anyone under the age of 12. We are unable to perform a treatment if anyone is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Aggressive or rude behaviour will not be tolerated, therefore will be asked to leave the premises. Anyone with a previous history of unacceptable behaviour, missed appointments, non-payment will be refused service We reserve the right to cancel bookings and not rebook clients who disrespect our policies.

Cancellation Policy 

As your appointments are specially reserved for you, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services resulting in a loss of revenue. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance via text message or email, this will give an opportunity to amend or cancel the booking. Please note if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment, a late cancellation fee may apply. We will only ever charge a cancellation fee which is fair and covers the loss of the cancelled appointment. We can provide a detailed breakdown of the cost which is due in the event of a last minute cancellation if required. Cancellation charges Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Gift Voucher Policy

- Must be used within 6 months - Are not redeemable for cash - Please quote reference number when making appointments - Must be produced on arrival at the Salon as proof of purchase. - Lost vouchers cannot be replaced
